  • Service providers:  Third-parties that we have engaged to perform business-related services for us (“Service Providers”), including scheduling services; research & analytics; customer, operational, or technical support; marketing & advertising; database maintenance; website hosting; confirm, process, or fulfill orders for Services; and otherwise support our Website. 

  • Payment Processors:  Payments for our Services are processed via Stripe and LawPay. If you pay for Services with a credit card, these processors may collect and store your credit card information and other Personal Information.   • Business Transactions: In the event of reorganization, merger, or acquisition of Victoria Wiley Law LLC, your information may be shared with counterparties to the transaction, but will remain subject to this Policy

How We Store Your Information

We store information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy,to meet our  legal obligations, carry out business operations, and prevent security/fraud. Retention periods consider business/legal requirements, risk of harm, and the nature of the information. After the retention period, information is destroyed, deleted, or anonymized.

How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, accidental loss, or destruction. Despite these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to, through, or in connection with our Website or related applications. Transmission of your information is at your own risk and you are responsible for using reasonable efforts to protect your information. 

Sale of Your Information

 Victoria Wiley Law LLC  does not sell Personal Information.

Children Under the Age of 18

This Website is not intended for children under the age of 18. AWe do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a child under 18 has provided information to us through our Website, please contact us immediately. Certain states may provide additional rights to minors regarding their personal information.
