Meet Victoria

ATTORNEY & FOUNDER

My legal career began in the cutthroat, fast-paced world of finance. During that time, I worked closely with business leaders to navigate both everyday and high-stakes legal challenges.

The corporate world taught me how to deliver business-friendly legal solutions and gave me a voice in shaping environmental, social & governance (ESG) strategy and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

But I grew frustrated with the slow pace of social & environmental progress in corporate settings. Determined to make a real impact, I shifted my focus to supporting entrepreneurs, creators, businesses, and nonprofits committed to people & the planet.

Legal services are more than just compliance and risk management: they are tools for growth, transformation, and impact. My goal is to provide the legal support you need to build and protect a brand or business that changes the world.

My mission

Victoria Wiley Law provides high-quality, accessible legal support to the people & organizations building a more inclusive, compassionate, sustainable, and just world.

I bring nearly a decade of corporate legal experience to empower changemakers by offering strategic guidance tailored to their mission.

I support creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, and nonprofits so they can focus on making a kinder world for people, the planet, and animals.

My values

  • Sustainability

After witnessing the performative side of corporate sustainability, I set out to build a law practice rooted in real impact.

With hands-on experience navigating sustainability regulations and strategies as well as academic research into corporate responsibility frameworks, I bring both practical know-how and a critical lens to what responsible business can look like.

Now, I help businesses and entrepreneurs embed environmental ethics into their operations, pursue certifications that reflect their commitments, and craft legal documents that reflect what they stand for.

The firm commits 1% of its revenue through Stripe payments to carbon removal.

  • Belonging

As a queer woman in the corporate world, I have experienced firsthand how inclusion shapes personal wellbeing and business outcomes. In my prior role, I co-founded an LGBTQ+ employee resource group, collaborated with HR and leadership on diversity initiatives, and advised companies aligning their practices with their values, even amid shifting political and social climates.

Now, as business owner myself, I bring both personal perspective and legal experience to my work. I understand the systemic hurdles many of my clients face and work to help build strong, inclusive, and equitable organizations from the ground up.

  • Compassion

I built my practice around the belief that animal welfare, human wellbeing, and environmental sustainability are deeply connected. As a longtime advocate for reproductive rights, the LGBTQ+ community, and animal welfare, I center compassion in my legal approach, helping my clients align their operations with their values.

In my spare time, I serve on the board of a sanctuary for farmed animals, promote humane education, advocate for stronger animal protection laws, and foster animals with my wife.

The firm offers discounted and pro bono services to animal protection organizations & advocates.
