This call is designed to help you identify risks & obvious conflicts before moving forward with branding.

How it works

  • 1. Pick a Time

    Using the calendar below, find a time that works for you and schedule your 1:1 call.

  • 2. Complete the Questionnaire

    Provide some basic information about your business and the two names or taglines that you’d like to include in your search.

  • 3. Attorney-Conducted Search

    Before we meet, I’ll conduct a preliminary “knockout” search of the USPTO’s TESS database to help you identify potential conflicts and pick the strongest name possible.

  • 4. Call

    We’ll meet 1:1 at the time you selected to discuss the results of my search. You’ll leave with an understanding of the risks and next steps.

  • 5. Next Steps

    If you book a trademark registration package within 14 days of our call, the investment in the Knockout Search Session will be applied to your package.
