    We start with a 1:1 call so that I can get to know you, your brand, and your goals.

    You’ll send me your website, entity formation documents, contracts, policies, branding, marketing materials, and any other items that I need for my review.

  • 2. Review

    I’ll thoroughly review the materials you’ve provided.

    I’ll look to see if there are any compliance issues, gaps in your IP protections, and other opportunities for you to fortify your legal foundation.

  • 3. Wellness Report

    Based on my review, I’ll prepare a report summarizing my findings.

    I’ll identify your most pressing legal needs, and propose concrete legal projects to address them.

    We’ll review my findings in a second call.

  • 4. Implementation

    Depending on the tier you’ve purchased, a set number of legal projects are included.

    You’ll choose which projects you’d like to move forward with, and I’ll implement them.

    You’ll leave with a strong legal framework that enables you to scale with confidence.
