    If you decide to move forward after our call, you’ll complete a client questionnaire so I can gather the details needed to evaluate your mark & prepare your application.

  • 3. Search & Legal Opinion

    I conduct a full federal, state, and common‑law search and provide a written legal opinion outlining potential risks, conflicts, and your likelihood of approval.

  • 4. Application Preparation & Filing

    I draft and file your trademark application with the USPTO, ensuring it aligns with your long‑term brand strategy.

  • 5. Response to Procedural Office Actions

    If the USPTO issues a procedural Office Action (e.g., clarifications, technical issues), I handle the response at no additional cost.

    I handle non‑substantive Office Actions at no additional cost, including:

  • To keep pricing transparent, the following are not part of this package:

    • USPTO government filing fees

    • Substantive Office Action responses (e.g., likelihood of confusion, descriptiveness, or other legal refusals)

    • Oppositions, cancellations, enforcement actions, or TTAB appeals

    • Requests to divide or other amendments to the application

    • State trademark filings, international filings, licensing, or assignment work

    • Post‑registration maintenance, renewals, or long‑term portfolio management
